Richard Booher

This is late, I know, but I only just learned of Rick's passing, last night. Rick and I were best buddies for several years, growing up in New Castle. I'd never forgotten the good times we shared, and all the trouble we caused toward that end. This is in thanks for some of the fondest memories I now carry. Peace be with you, Rick. I was saddened to learn of the passing of my dear friend and former bandmate Rick. It's been years since I last saw him, but I will always have great memories of the time we spent working together. Rock on.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Rick "Booher" Booher was a good man. A dedicated musician who fully loved working the drums. As a fellow drummer, Rick will be sorely missed in the Augusta music community. My condolences to the entire Booher family. Unbelievable -- that we'll no longer have Rick to call on ... he was truly dedicated to the music - no matter the genre or style.

I do not need words for Rick, only an extension of this page. I have not spoken to Rick in over a decade but he is still one of the greatest memories. We wee jammin buddies of sorts, I was his counsel at times, but more importantly a friend. He had a warmth and kindness that spread over time undiluted. Thank you Rick
