Not sure what to say?

I just saw that Ricky passed away over a month ago. I'm sorry for your loss. I remember when the Boone Family moved into our neighborhood back in the early 70s on Broadview Dr in Theodore. He was a few years older than us so we weren't close but we did talk time to time. He was very kind like his parents. Cheri Gartman Ellison

I worked with Mr. Boone for many years at Clark. We also worked the after school program together, which is where I got to know him better. He was a kind man who loved his students and people in general. His love of Jesus was evident by the way he treated people. My deepest condolences to the family. He will be greatly missed.

My relationship with the Boone family goes back many years. I knew Ricky's dad Bro Max Boone when I was a boy in Toulminville. Bro Max was preaching the night I surrendered to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Bro. Don Boone has preached and sang at many revivals with me as a pastor. Bro. Max also preached many revivals for me. I have known Ricky, Randy, and Don since they were boys. Mrs. Sue, their mother was a jewel for Jesus. I have not seen Ricky since Mrs. Sue's homegoing service, but I...

Kathy and I got to know the Boone family way back in 1967 when I began school at the University of Mobile. (Then Mobile College) Don and I became good friends and have been ever since. I met the whole family and they all became our best friends. Rick was about 10 at the time. Over the years we have shared many joys and walked through many valleys together. Through it all this family has remained steadfast in their resolve to be true followers of Jesus. Our hearts break over the news of...

We go way back. Rick was our music minister at a small country church, Pleasant View,on Tanner Williams road. He was always witty and dedicated to working with a ragtag bunch of singers to make a pretty good small choir. He worked with our daughter Ashley Johnson Daigle at Clark Shaw as well, and I imagine the kids loved him too. Sure he will be missed by many, but in his heavenly home celebrating now. Prayers for all,Ron n Janice Johnson.

Beautiful obituary.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
