Yvonne and Family: I was sorry to hear about Dick's passing. I worked with him for many years at 3M, and always considered him to be one of my 'heros' ... he knew manufacturing better than anyone I ever worked with. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Larry Johnson, Plant Manager, 3M Greenville Tape Plant.

Yvonne, Bryan, Todd and Craig: Although I have not seen the Borowicz family for many years, I will never forget the good times our families had together. Dick was a good man. From the entire Flynn clan, we are sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,
Paul Flynn

Dear Borowicz Family: I was very saddened to learn of Dick's passing. I had worked at 3M with Dick for a number of years before retiring myself. Dick, the group from his department, and I made a number of trips to the plant in Knoxville, IA. We had many fun times during those trips. He was very enjoyable to be with. I offer my sincere condolences.

He spent a lot of time talking about his early days in Florian and how he had a special relationship with my father (Eugenes) family. Who didn't like his antics? What a...
