Not sure what to say?

I miss my friend, that beautiful smile, the way we could sit and talk about anything together, you will always be in my heart

Rick was my coworker and became my manager. He is a friend and will be missed. Prayers to the family.

My Deepest Sympathy to the Bos family. I had the honor to work with Rick at Meridian / Ventra and through all the years he was an amazing person to work with. We shared a lot of laughs, stories of our kids and was always willing to offer sound advice.

In honor of Rick, at multiple Flex-N-Gate locations flags are flying at half-mast.

To Rick's Family: What a special guy and such a loss for us. I had my first school-girl crush on Rick when we were in 4th grade together. I don't remember a moment when he wasn't smiling and laughing. I'm so glad I got to sit next to him at our 2010 GRCH reunion.

As many people are going to attest, Rick was truly a wonderful, kind and positive person, in addition to being a great program manager and engineer. I had the pleasure to know him for over 15 years and through many program launches. I also got to know him through running. He always provided encouragement and even showed up at one of my races, when he knew I didn't have anybody that could attend and support. I didn't ask him too nor did I know he was coming to the event until he appeared...

Rick was my coworker and person that I can call my friend. We shared so much together he could always make me smile on my worse days. We shared our lives with each other and I'm sad but also glad that he is in the arms of Jesus. I try to understand things but we just have to put our trust in God . Praying for the family.

I had the pleasure to meet Rick this summer on the river amongst mutual friends. I have to say you could tell he had the kindest soul, I´m not too sure what it was , but I was for ever drawn to his soft spoken nature. He was always smiling, and always willing to help anybody in need. He will be gratefully missed on the river amongst all of us. And we will for sure be looking for signs of him that he is still with us when cruising up and down the river. God bless. Truly a great person !

So sorry for your loss holding you all up in prayer sincerely Tim sorensen
