I met Mr.Richard through my dad Sargent Skiba . I felt special cause we shared the same birthday. I used to stop into the station to wish him a happy birthday. He was funny & kind. Every time I stopped in to visit him at home he always wanted to cook something. He always made me smile and laugh.You will be missed deeply. Me and my dad are sadden by your passing.
