RICHARD BRANHAM Obituary

RICHARD McKAY BRANHAM
On October 23, 2013, Richard McKay Branham was called home by our loving Father. Richard was born February 8, 1929 in Ashland, Kentucky to the proud parents, Everett Louis Branham and Ruby McKay Branham.Shortly after graduating from Marshall University with a degree in Music and Education, Richard was drafted into the service and spent his tour of duty in Japan during the tail end of the Japanese occupation. After his service, Richard found employment with the National Concrete Masonry Association in Washington, DC. Richard quickly worked his way to Vice President of Marketing and Communications before retiring. Richard moved from Washington, DC to Charlottesville, Virginia to spend his retirement with his family. Richard was a kind and loving family man who always had time for all who requested it from him. His presence will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. Richard is survived by his siblings, Robert Everett Branham, Patricia Lou Bradshaw and Nancy Ann Johnson. A celebration of his life will be held 5:30 p.m. on November 13, 2013 at the Elks Lodge in Charlottesville, VA in loving memory of him.Friends may sign the guest register at: teaguefuneralhome.com
