Not sure what to say?

I have very fond memories of Dick Breiner, from three different experiences in my life: first when he was a student in my Italian class at the College of Marin; and then when I appeared for Jury Duty, and he was so nice to me there. Most recently we saw each other at the Osher JCC, in the pool exercising. He was always friendly, and always with a delightful sense of humor. He will always be a lasting memory for me! To the Breiner family, my mom Reva had the greatest respect for Dick. May his memory be a blessing; Phil Littman

It was an honor to know him and I treasure my happy memories of this extraordinary man. My condolences to you Deborah and your family.

A terrific judge and fine human being--it was always a pleasure to appear before him.

Daniel and Deborah. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I remember him as a kind man from when I was friends with Danny and Debby at Coleman School. You are in my thoughts

Much Sympathy is extended to the Breiner Family. I am sorry to hear of your loss. We first met at Coleman School where I worked. Dick worked hard in a positive manner in improving the life of all in Marin. HJe was a wonderful jurist. You have many good memories!
