Not sure what to say?

This email prompt made me smile while remembering Dick’s big smile and deep voice greeting me each time he’d visit Jerry and me at our dorm room at Gustavus. Dick’s presence was warm. His humor infectious. He will never be forgotten! Warm wishes to the entire Bren family on this day.

May great memories of Dick continue to help you in your grief.

Bev, Joni and family,
We are saddened to hear of the passing of Dick. Another long time Eden Prairie icon has gone to a better place. We will always remember Dicks smile and sense of humor when he would come up to the stand and pick out his tomato plants. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.
The Sailer family

Bev. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I was delivering packages down your street today and noticed I had one for your house and couldnt wait to stop to see you and Dick...but unfortunately I was too late to see Dick. He was a great man, always made you laugh. He will be missed. God bless you!

To the Bren family. We were so sad to here about Dick. He had such kind words when we lost our Sue. You are in our prayers and thoughts

So sorry to hear of Dick's passing. We still remember you guys as great, fun neighbors. Please accept our deepest sympathy.
Jon and Sue Miller

I had the privilege of playing baseball against Dick when he played for Victoria. He was one of the leagues best hitters and I chased down his powerful hits to centerfield. He was also a very nice guy and had something good to say if you reached first base, where he played. Later in life it was fun to talk to him in Eden Prairie. He was always friendly and very respectful. So to the family, my sympathy goes out to you. May our God give you peace as you remember his life.

Bev, Joni, Jerry and Family: All who loved Dick knew a man who gave himself to others! He was a true blessing. You are all in my thoughts.

Bev, Joni, Jerry and family I am so sorry for your loss.
Oh what I would give for one more neighborhood corn feed! You will be always remembered Mr Bren.
