BRICE, Richard Lowry 79, of Centerville passed away on Monday, December 19th, 2022. He was born February 22nd, 1943, in Richmond, Virginia, to the late Forrest and Norval Lee Brice. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Services are being held privately by family.
