Worked as a detective with Rich as my supervisor for several years, he was old school a great cop and friend , much respected, my sympathies to all his relatives and family.

To family so sorry for your loss. I found his obit in error looking for a friend mom obit. I was friends with his mom Kathryn and she was a beautiful person and always wrote to me. May he rest in peace
