Sorry to hear the passing of Richard. I never met him but I spoke with him on phone and emails the past couple of years. He was our broker for many retail stores. I just find out today through an email that was sent to me.
My deepest sympathy is with the family at this time of their loss.

Sorry to hear about Dick. Even though it had been awhile I still recall fondly different times we shared.

Just hearing the sad news today. Many, many years have passed, but memories of Dick from very early childhood through early marriage years are clear and will last a lifetime.

We learned a lot about life together as good friends back in the day.
