I would like to send my deepest condoinces to the family.I used to be a member of the phillipsburg emergancy squad few years back.I know the guys on alot of the depts in phillipsburg,and i know this is a hard time for all of them.I know they are all like brothers.As I said befor I am sorry for all of your loss.

I only met Dick a few times, but I know that my father held him in the highest respect for his service to the community and his extreme dedication to the fire department, and I know he was an important fixture in the lives of all of Alert's men. I was very sad to hear of the passing of both Dick and Helen, and I wish to express my deepest condolences to their family.
