Not sure what to say?

Thank you all for leaving your thoughts and memories of Richard. It has meant alot to us as his family, and helped to comfort us, that so many people cared for and loved him.

I
never met lizard (the name under which I knew the man), but I consider him a close friend. I don't like you not being here one bit my brother, but such is the rules of life and death I suppose. I'll never listen to Mountain Jam by the Allman Bros. without thinking about you brother. Rest easy.

I never had a chance to meet Richard, or "Lizard," as I knew him from the Ultimatemetal forums. I had hoped one day to meet him and share some good times. He never had anything bad to say about anyone and had a top notch sense of humor. I met my boyfriend Derick on Ultimatemetal, and Richard was always our #1 fan. I'll really miss him and it's very frustrating to know that he's not there in front of his computer at work, making everyone's days a little brighter with his good nature and humor....

Its always hard to say goodbye, but my friend you'll not be forgotten. You were a great man. My God watch over you, and may he watch your family.

A fine fellow, missed a great deal. Lizard was one of the most affable and well liked people to frequent anywhere.Heartfelt sympathies to the entire Burr family.

Although I never had the pleasure to meet Richard, the little of him I was associated with was definately a profound experience. Many sympathies to his family and friends, and RIP.

I also never had the opportunity to meet Richard out in the real world, yet I still feel great sorrow at his passing. I can really think of no other person anywhere that made me laugh as hard and as consistently as "lizard." His outlook on life was fantastic and his kindness was well known to all of us. The fact that his passing has so greatly affected us acquaintances from all over the world is testament to what a great person he was. I can not even begin to imagine the kind of pain this...

Though I was never afforded the opportunity to meet this great man in person, his kindness and sense of humour were legendary among those who did know him. My condolences to his friends and family, he will be dearly missed!

Although I may have not known Rich in person... I'm saddened that I'll never get the chance to meet him. I post on one of the forums that he frequented, and am beyond shocked at this news. My condolences to the entire Burr family, and all of their friends.
