Things money can buy...the one thing money can't buy is good neighbors. I only knew Dick for 3 years but it felt like many more. I loved this man as we shared so many things in common right down to calling crows. No one will ever be able to replace him as my neighbor nor in my heart. RIP Dick as you are reunited with your wife I know you missed so much. Our talks will forever live in my heart as will the memories we created in this short time.

I knew Richard through his friendship with Joanne Horstmann--what a delight he was...always a funny story to share and that crab imperial was a much anticipated addition to Joanne's Christmas Eve get together. He will be greatly missed.

A fine entertaining gentleman. I was cutting wood with him and I'm thinking my back hurts and there he is an 86 year old gentleman continuing to cut and stack wood. I also liked his crab imperial. I will dearly miss this good neighbor.

A beautiful memorial, which vibrantly illustrates the life and loves of the man. Rest easy, sir.

We are grateful we got to spend time with him and will always admire Doug for being such a wonderful dedicated son to his dad.
