Springfield Rescue Mission has a place in our hearts for Richard and are so thankful and blessed by his many years of volunteering at the Mission. He has spoken many times over the years and encouraged our men in the program through his wisdom and knowledge, which encouraged and empowered our men to carry on! I met Dick thru Torchbearers on Wednesdays, what a very special man. I will miss sitting with him at our table. May you all find peace and comfort knowing that Dick is with our Lord and Savior. God Bless!

Sorry to hear of Richards passing ,I always enjoyed a chat with him when he often walked by my home on Bradley Road with his groceries in hand.I would ask him if he needed a ride home with his groceries an sure enough he did , it was never a issue.
