Not sure what to say?

Our family was shocked to hear the news about Dr. Campbell. He was our dentist and would often ask about our son Atlee who now plays baseball in college. He would tell us when he had read a baseball article about him in the paper. He new my fear of dentists and was always very patient and compassionate.
Dr. Campbell was a wonderful person.
We're very sorry for your loss.

I learned of Dr. Campbell's death last night (March18th) when I opened a letter from his office. I was devastated! He was my dentist for over ten years. He was more than a dentist, he cared. He always asked about my family and my kids at school.
His office sent flowers to my family when my 14 -year -old stepson was hit and killed by a car in 2001.
I will miss him as my dentist as well as for the caring and kind person he was.
My sincere sympathy to his family.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Allen and Margaret and family, I am very saddened and sorry for your loss. Rik was a great person and will be a wonderful addition to God's eternal family. As we here on earth are mourning, I'm sure the angels in heaven are smiling to have him there. I know Mama and Daddy will be watching out for him until you get there........
