Peggy, KellyLee & family, So sorry to hear of Rich's passing. He was such a nice man, a good police officer and a joyous spirit to be around. I remember his smile and his sense of humor. He will be sadly missed. Rich and you will remain in my prayers. May he rest in peace!

My Sincere Condolences to all of Rick´s family. I worked with him at ACPD from 1978 until he retired. He was a good Officer and a good Person. I pray GODs blessings on all you. Dyan

So sorry to hear of Richie's passing. We were related, my grandmother Nunziata Martino and his grandmother Tressa were sisters. We knew each other as children. He was a good guy. Prayers of comfort to you and your family.

Having worked with Rich for several years I can say he was a dedicated officer. To Peggy and Kelly my heart felt condolence's.

Richie was admired by everyone he came in contact with. He loved Atlantic City and collected so many photos of the city that dated back to the early 1900's. Rich served his country during the Vietnam saga, and as a mailman in AC. He then joined ACPD as a motorcycle patrolman ,almost leaving us too early due to a horrible accident on his cycle. Later coming back in the ID bureau. Our condolences to the love of his life Peggy and the Cantes' family. Your Cousin Ron and Linda

To the Family of Rich Cantes, my condolences. I worked with Rich while serving in the Atl City Police Dept and enjoyed working with him in the cycle unit. He was a good officer. May your soul rest in peace, my friend
