I had the pleasure of knowing Richard through work at IBC. He was a caring, funny, giving person who loved life and was so proud of his musician son, Garrett. He is already missed by so many. May God give his family comfort knowing he was loved by many. RIP. Sandra Torres and Billy Lynum

I worked with Richard during my tenure with IBC San Antonio. He was always kind and supportive. We both went to UT Austin so our Longhorn bond always brought us together for some wonderful conversations! My deepest and heartfelt sympathies to the family who loves him so dearly!
