I have just learned of Dick's passing. Our years of friendship go back nearly 60 years when we drummed together at OLS. A fine drummer he will be missed by the drum corps community. He has lived in recent years with overwhelming illness which he bore with great courage and faith. He was a special friend. I will miss his presence in my life.
