I'm so sorry to hear about Big Rick. I considered him a good friend. He took an interest in my nephew from grade school through college basketball and I want to say thank you for being such a great man, husband, and father. They just don't make any better people. My heart goes out to Lindsey & Shawn and the rest of his beloved family. May god help you through, which is almost impossible.

I unfortunately heard of Rick's death too late to attend his service on Monday and greatly regret not being there to pay my respects. He was and will continue to be a man I greatly admired and respected. My heart goes out to Shawn & Lindsay and the entire Carter family for this tragic & senseless loss.

It is very difficult to accept how a man who was so well accomplished and so greatly admired could be snatched from us so quickly. My sincerest condolences go out to the Carter family. I hope you all will be able to find some peace during this very difficult time. Rick’s presence will be deeply missed.

God comes to receive only the Best. Rick was a gift to many. My condolences are with his family. May God strengthen you during your time of sorrow. Rick is loved by many... May God Bless...Dawn Breeden
