Richard Allen Caswell

I was on the Langley board for many years and had close relationships with Dick and his then President, Mo Bildsoe. Dick was a skilled, professional and personable leader on both technical and operational matters and when a hostile take over of Langley occurred, worked with him - then Langley president-on what was best for the corporation.
