Richard F. Catalano, who served as president of the Staff in the early 1990s at Cleveland Clinic’s Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio died
on October 31, 2018. He was 94.
Catalano specialized in internal medicine and maintained an active private practice. Throughout his long career he was proud to serve many generations of patients. Those who knew him will remember him as a kind and giving man with a love of art and keen sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Sara, and children Richard (Melinda), Susan, and grandson Raphael.
A service will be held November 16 @11am at the Toale Brothers Gulf Gate Chapel 6903 S. Tamiami Trail.

Dr Catalano was our Dr starting in the 60's in Maple Hts... such a kind and caring man. I was 4yrs old when we started going to him...he called me bella... I remember him well. My Dad is now almost 92 and he has the highest regard for him. Thank you for all you did for our family. R.I.P. Dr Catalano... fly high. My prayers to the family.

Dr Catalano was our family Dr I. The 60's , was a very nice man! Nice to see he had a long life ,hopefully blessed with good health!

Dear Sara and family,
My deepest sympathy to all. Dr. Catalano was an AMAZING doctor and boss. No one compares to him! I often reminisce with coworkers and his original patient's on how wonderful Dr. Catalano is. I miss Dr. Catalano every day and I will never forget him. I am so grateful for being his patient and working for him.
