So sorry for the family's loss. I know these times can be very difficult to face, so I encourage you to pray constantly, as 1Thessalonians 5:17 says. When you do this our Heavenly Father takes on your burden and strengthens you and in time, he places upon your mind and heart peace. I hope you all are able to heal soon.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Rick was a leader, mentor, and friend during my time at Goodyear. I worked for him in the mixing room and later in our careers we traveled together on plant Banbury audits. He had a gentle manner and an unusual way of making each person he talked with seem like they were the only person that mattered. He was a fine man.
