Dear Cawthorne Family, Your Father and Grandfather was an absolute joy to know and work with. He obviously found his passion in life and happily used his talents to their fullest. He was curious, knowledgeable, quick-witted, unflappable and genuinely interested in others; all qualities that made him a wonderful advisor and mentor. To the family of Richard: We were very saddened to learn of his passing. He was a good friend and trusted advisor to four generations of our family lineage. He was a gentleman par excellence. His approach was one of sober advice, wise counsel, and prudence. We will miss him, and we extend our condolences to your family.

A truly good guy and friend .I am 83 YO so like Dick I am at Beacon because I love it particularly training the young people .We loved to talk about stocks even though or investment philosophy was different .We will miss him at Beacon.I will not be able to attend the service .I will be in Fl with my entire family .
