Mrs. Chapman, Betsy, Anne, Miranda and family members, my condolences on the loss of your husband, father and grandfather.
I remember him from my childhood days on Stirling Place. He was always a kind and patient man to me. One specific memory I have is of when he paid Betsy and I $20 each to wash his sports car. In the early 1970's that was a very generous amount of money for the task. He gave me a gift of self worth that day.
My thoughts are with you during this time of remembrance....
