The years pass, the memories of Rick remain throughout becoming more frequent as Fall approaches both because Rick enjoyed the season and his passing. Many things come to mind, some stand out such as: Rick´s devotion to that which he held close, Rick´s smile, his sense of humor and his laugh, especially his laugh. I remember Rick and Marie as a happy couple when I helped them plan their wedding in the Caribbean and then a honeymoon to Europe on a. Cruise. It was one of my favorite homer´s as a travel agent.

I miss my brother, miss our times riding motorcycles, working for probation and parole, hunting and just hanging out.

I knew Rick as a kid. I lived up the road from Rick and he rode to cony high with me and my mother and father a few years. He was a good friend that I lost contact with and didn't see for many years after high school. He was a good friend in those days. We hunted together and shot many red and gray squirrels as kids near my home on the Sidney line. We played a lot of baseball with the Douins that lived next door to him on River Road.
