Not sure what to say?

Kate, we know there is strength in love by the endurance displayed by both you and Rich. Your life together has been rare and a joyful inspiration and we thank you for bringing Richie into all of our lives. We can be certain that you will continue to be loved by the Chesney family and all the wonderful friends that you have. We love you and are proud to call you daughter, sister, and aunt. We ask that God will draw near to you and you will feel His presence.

Hey Richie, You were my brother, my friend, my confidant. The ultimate big brother and I miss you. I cherish every day we had together, whether it was laughing, hanging out or sometimes fighting and at odds. I always knew you were there for us. For many things I got to choose you, as a Godfather, a Bridesmaid(guy) and you filled each role with your whole being. The only thing I never got to choose was you as a brother but if I had he would have been exactly like you. You weren't perfect...

Rich,
Friend,Amigo,Brother...You, Bobby, & I bent the old fun meter over and over again. Meeting at the bowling alley turned into years of playing ball and unto a life time of friendship. How wonderful it was to watch all the kids grow up in front of our eyes. Boys to men, girls to young women and somewhere along the line WE turned into fathers. You will be missed but always loved!!

Dearest Kathy, Matt, Chris & Tracy and the Chesney Family, Knowing Rich and his family for 25 years has brought such great joy to us. Rich has always given of himself without selfishness. His smile and laugh brought out the best in everyone around him. He was an awesome caregiver to all. Hugs from Rich were truly from the heart. We enjoyed many soft ball games, kids birthdays and holidays together, all will always be remembered with a smile. Kathy, Matt & Chris each of you have shown...

I just thought I should say that Rich will be missed by so many. I was lucky to have known him for the time I did and I am lucky to have a second family such as yours.

Kathy, My heart goes out to you, your family and Rich's family. In time your hearts will heal and the memories will keep Rich with you.

Thank you to everyone for all your help and support. It was a tribute to how great of a man he was in how everyone showed that support. I loved hearing all the stories of how he touched everyone's life, knowing there are more to come. He was the greatest man I've ever known and life won't be the same without him. All we can do is to take his lessons and love and apply it to those around us if only to be half the man he was. To Dad, I love you very much. You were so much more than a dad,...

Aunt Kathy,

Thinking of you....our deepest sympathy cannot be expressed in words. We have truly lost a great man too soon. Bass camp won't be the same, he will be missed in body, but not in spirit. We all love you so much!
