Not sure what to say?

Richard and I was classmates JHS 49 back in the 70's. We loved gym class together. Richard had a way of making you feel comfortable even back then. Reading through the other memories I see he was still the same person. Although I have not seen him until I read this, I thought about him from time to time. Rest well my friend.

Richie was just a ray of sunshine. He always had a smile on his face. His love for his job at PS 4 was undeniable. Always there with a kind word. Both of my children had the pleasure of being in the school with him. We are all just a little kinder for having met this incredible human. He will be missed dearly and is loved by all.

Richie and his family are my neighbors for the last 13 years. He was such a caring and wonderful man. Always ready to help anyway he can. Every morning we would leave for work at the same time. He would always be sitting in his car warming it up as I walked down my steps and we would exchange our waves. I loved starting my day that way.

I worked with Richie in the Gravesend post Office. He was always happy and helpful . He will be missed . RIP my old friend .

We had the pleasure of having Richie as one of our best neighbors for over 16 years.. Always friendly, smiling, and willing to help in any way.. he will truly missed.. Rest in peace..

Richie was a great person, I will never forget his smile and his funny ways. He always knew how to cheer someone up and never hesitated when you needed his help with something. His positive attitude and love of life was something we should all strive for in ourselves. My kids still have the origamis you made for them. They will never forget you. May you Rest In Peace my friend, til we meet again. Gone too soon! My prayers and thoughts are with his family xoxo

I cannot put into words how honored I am to have had the opportunity to work with and befriend such an amazing person. This year has been beyond challenging for me and my friend was there to uplift me, encourage me, and inspire me every chance he got. God bless your family, we are all keeping you in our prayers. ❤

I worked for Richie for many years in the Rosebank Post Office. A genuinely great and honest guy. My condolences to his family.

I light this candle in memory of my friend Richie -
