It is with sadness I learned of Dr. Chopin's passing. I became his patient in 1973 as a 21 year old. Over the years my wife and children became his patients as well. We will never forget his empathy and , above all, his competent care. Al Cifelli

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Chopin, many years ago, through our mutual patients. He was a very kind, beautiful man. He knew my husband from WHS and would see each other at the WHS Sports Banquets. May his soul eternally rest in peace. Alison&Stanley Rems
