I worked with Chugg at ATK what a great and funny guy to be around always in a good mood and nothing ever got under his skin or bothered him, he will be missed.

ReNia, so sorry you lost your brother so young.

Marie, so sorry to hear about the passing of your brother. May you and your family will be blessed with the comfort of a loving Heavenly Father.

I grew up in Providence with Richard. We were in the same grade and usually the same class. At an age when children are often cruel, I can honestly say I never knew Richard to be anything but friendly, kind, warm and cheerful to everyone. He was always a good friend to me. He could brighten a room just by walking into it. We all loved him and are so sorry to see him go. I extend to his family my deepest condolences.

A good friend and a good neighbor. Generous and positive. I'm going to miss him.

We worked with Richard for many years at ATK/Thiokol. He was a hoot to work with and always a lot of assistance when you needed his help with work issues. We had a lot of good times. Our thoughts are with your family God bless you all at this time.

Richard was one of a kind. He had a big heart, pleasant disposition and was just great kid. God bless. I have known him for more than 40 years.
