Ricky, although you moved far away long ago your passing really effected me! I find it hard to express it to words. Richard was my supervisor when I worked while attending UNCC. Always fair, always looking out for his employees. He talked a lot about his love for his family, his love for public service, and his motorcycle. Just a nice fella. I am sorry for the loss his family and friends have suffered.
