Not sure what to say?

How sad to learn of the death of Dick. He was a friend and supporter of the Urban League when I was an executive, and I always will cherish the fact that he introduced me to Romare Bearden and his art. New York will miss Dick, but God will welcome him.

Dick has always been a friend and respected professional. May God welcome his present.

To have known Dick Clarke and to have had him as a friend was special. He was fortunate to have had a fruitful, special life. He cared deeply about people, especially those close to him and always endeavored to help and support whenever it was needed. He was indeed a serious patron of the arts, but above all, he loved his family deeply and was exceptionally proud of Chip, his son, a look alike. Chip's accomplishments, his beautiful daughter-in-law, and last but not least his beautiful...

I have known Dick Clarke for over 40 years. He was a very good friend to me and my husband. I will miss him and I am sure there are many that will remember him. My best wishes and sympathy to Richard, Sheena and their children...

Dear Chip & Family--This was a happy time for your Dad & me. We were cruising through the Caribbean visiting friends on many of the Islands. Know that you and Richard Sr. will always be in my heart. Much love, Bonnie

Am I looking in the right direction?

Sincerest sympathies and condolences to the family of Richard V. Clarke, a man who placed me in my first job at IBM, hired me as his operations manager at Richard Clarke Associates for 4 years and sent me on to Massachusetts and three other employers. He was a mentor through my 20's, my employer in my 30's and always my dear friend. He was the well to which I could always return for renewal and I shall miss knowing he is there. Rest in peace, dear friend. You are remembered with love. ...

"Blessings to the family of Dick Clarke. Memories are the legacy of joy and love. May you all find comfort and surpport in those memories of happy times together."

The last time I saw him was at my mom's funeral. Will miss him. I spent really great times with Aunt Mel and uncle Roy. Condolences to the Mills family.
Wayne Stoute, Montreal.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
