When I heard of Richard passing, the word came to me, (Semper Fi) he was a real Marine. He was my Supervisor at Defense General Supply Center many Years ago. God give life and God takes life, God makes no mistakes. Blessings to the family, with God's Peace, Joy many Happy Memories.
