Richard was born on April 28, 1957 and passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019. Richard was a resident of Uxbridge, Massachusetts at the time of passing. He was a graduate of Tolman High School, Pawtucket, RI class of 1975. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 4 th at 7:00PM at CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA.
