Not sure what to say?

You were so much more than a customer, so much more than a friend, you were one of a kind and are missed each and every day.

We met Richard five years ago when he called us to do a project on his home. In those five years we did many more projects and became more than his contractors we became friends. Richard was one of the most interesting people we have ever met and we loved hearing his stories as we worked around the house. We were with Richard almost every day of the last couple of months he was with us, even as sick as he was he still was the entertainer til the end. We will miss him more than words can say...

Chief, I was one of the ten men to come to your department thru the efforts of Louis Najera to form the Charter group of Reserve Police Officers. We had all been trained and working for the Torrance Dept. When they brought in their first 'outside' Chief who made it clear he had no use for Reserves.
My Thanks to you for the opportunities afforded me over the next twenty years. I learned alot and made so many great friends over the years !!
Rest in Peace CHIEF,
Donald G. McKenzie...

I was sadden to hear of the death of "Dick" Conroy. My father George Reichert was the Chief of the Palos Verdes fire department when Dick was the Fire Chief. I have many fond memories of the two of them during that time. I am a retired Police Officer from Torrance Police Dept now,. Sincerely, Penelope "Pene" Reichert Koenig
