Pat and family, when I graduated from the MSP academy and sent to Frederick, Dick trained me for two months. I learned a lot from him. He was a great guy to work with and a good friend. He will be missed.

Pat - we were so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. We have many happy memories of Dick, we'll always remember his smile and cheerful greeting when we'd stopped at the One Stop for a morning coffee. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Abbie & Bug Wiles

Pat and family, I am so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. Being in FL since 1989, I've lost track of happenings in Frederick. While this is a very difficult time for you, know that God will see you through all of this heartache. God Bless!

Thoughts and Prayers to the family. I remember Dick as being a funny, cheerful guy when I would go into the Valley One Stop in the morning before school and after school. Anytime I would see him he always had a smile and something to say to make me smile.

Dick always had a smile on his face.I had the opportunity to meet and get to know him on the ball field as a fellow umpire. He always wanted to make sure the kid were having fun. Great person will be missed.
