Dear Dad,
I didn't write a letter to be read at the funeral but I did make a beautiful picture of you for mom to have on the bedroom wall. I just wanted to let you know I so much enjoyed building the garden with you this last spring and summer. Levi's pumpkin is soooo huge now. I know you were so proud of that pumpkin. Oh!And you should see the carrot I pulled yesterday! I have never seen one so huge! The top is bigger around than my wrist! Thank you for making my first garden possible....

I am so sorry for your loss. I'll remember all the good times Carri and I had. You were like my 2nd family back then. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
