Befriending you at the writer's circle in Mt. Dora over the last ten years of your life has certainly enriched my life Dick. As someone who has always been frightened by snakes, I now try to have some positive interaction with them whenever our paths cross. Even if it's only a stabilized heart rate, a smile, the thought that I'm in the company of one of god's amazing creatures, and the desire to grow in my understanding of snakes; I owe my change of heart with regard to snakes, to you Dick....
