Not sure what to say?

Semper Fi my Sigonella Brother.

This deeply saddens me I served with Rich in Sigonella Sicily competed with him on a corporal board. He was a poster board Marine especially in his Dress Blues I wish I would of stayed in contact with him but when I got out unfortunately we did not have Facebook. I am so upset at his passing and finding out way to late. I found out that his brother Ted Courtmanche authored a book called The Philosphy of Rich I was able too purchase this on Amazon and cannot wait to read it RIP RICH!!!

I miss you more than words or emotions can possibly describe. Thank you for the encouragement with school (and the help with math). My life will be forever changed by you. I wish I would have schedueled my trip to Texas sooner. I love you and I miss your hugs.

Rich, I have thought of you over the years. I've wondered what you were up to and how you were doing. You were a great friend growing up in High School. My sadness that you're gone is replaced only by the hope that you are at peace.

We have spent the last few days remembering how much we laughed whenever we were with Rich. That's how we will always remember him - the good times we all had together. He will be sorely missed but always remembered by those of us who loved him. We will see you again someday.

You will always be a part of our family forever. Thank you for being a wonderful godfather and a wonderful friend. You will be forever missed....

I knew Rich from high school and our paths were not lucky enough to have crossed much since then. However my memories of him are fond and one of my regrets not to have known him better.

It seems like just yesterday that we played Backyard Football.

May peace finally be yours.

Your Friend,
Darren

My sincere condolences to the Courtemanche family.

I Only Talked To Richard For A Short Amount Of Time And Was shocked To Find Out What Happened. I Hope He is Happy And I Will Continue To Pray For HIm And His Loved Ones.
