Dear Annie, Tony and I will keep you and your brother's family in our prayers. We drive by Rich and Kathleen's home every time we go to Terryville to see our daughter and her family. Your family has been blessed and please know there are many CT citizens who have the greatest respect for all our law enforcement officers. They truly are very special angels.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!
The Mendela Family.. Carol, Chip, Rob, Scott

I met Rich when he was dating Kathy on Cornwall Avenue. I lived around the corner. I am stunned and saddened by his passing. My condolences to Kathy and the rest of the family. He will be sorely missed
