Read MoreJust learned today, Dec. 12, that Richard had passed on Dec. 3rd, (my brthday). My condolenlces go out to Sheryl and the rest of his family. Richard contributed greatly to his Township in various positions. I had the privilidge of working with him on the Texas Twp. Planning Comm. where I gained great respect for him. It was such an honor knowing Richard as a Trustee, Planning Commissioner and as a friend. He always had a story to tell and he gave me the honor of letting me read his book. I am so blessed in knowing him.
