It was a privilege to work closely with Richard for many years. His ideas about making higher education more accessible

One of my very closest friends for the past 40 years...I will miss his input and his perspective. He was capable of the most expansive and inclusive view of life and how everything was as it should be, that I have ever experienced. I will treasure the memories.
