Not sure what to say?

I was thinking about Rick today. He was always so welcoming and helpful when I was a "baby doc" at Newberg. I now consider myself an old doc. I miss his candor, his good taste, and his kindness. What a gem.

I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Crone through Providence Medical Group. He always took the time to ask you how you were doing. After he chatted with you, he would mildly switch over to your medical status. Very thorough, always comfortable, and you would leave feeling better than you ever expected. We all will miss you doctor.

One of the many who will miss him!

My first office visit with Dr Crone was wonderful. He made me feel cared. He was so gentle and kind.

Both my mother and I so appreciated Dr. Crone's expert medical care. Not only did he care for us as patients, he also allowed glimpses into his own life through conversations that went beyond just medicine. One thing I would like to add is how much he used to brag on his wife--it was easy to see how proud of her he really was, how much he respected her in her own career as an R.N. at Providence. He was special.
Thanks and prayers, Doc.

A breath of fresh air in the sea of unemotionally and seemingly uncaring doctors, always looked forward to my check ups and his great inspirational support and encouragement, I will miss you!

He was great. A great person, a great doctor. Knew him 2 years, last saw him 11/2015, never had a clue he was ill. We always had such great conversations. I'll miss him.

I am saddened by Dr. Crone's death. He was my husband's cardiologist up to the day of his death. In late 2014 I started experiencing heart problems & who else to turn to except Dr. Crone. He gave me excellent advise & since I had no family in Yamhill County he recommended I relocate near one of my children. Since I had previously lived in Eugene 33 years ago I decided to move closer to my daughter & son-in-law plus four generations of family on my husband's side. Little did I know my...
