Not sure what to say?

My name is Kim Neill...Mr Crowley was my English teacher at Blackfoot High School...I was not a good student but he stuck with me but eventually I could write a complete sentence to complete a thought...he made me feel I could do it...I´ve had a good life due to his encouragement...Thank you Mr Crowley

I knew Rich in 1983 & 1984. One of the finest men I have ever met. A great Father, Husband and Musician.

We had some great Talks back in the 70s at HHS.RIP

Just recently Hazel and I attended an event for State Senator Dick Saslaw in Fairfax County Virginia. We spoke with his wife Eleanor and had a wonderful conversation. She was surprised to learn that Richard was our Nephew. We knew that they had worked together as guidance counselors at Robinson High School in Fairfax County.
She was excited to point out that Richard had actually hired her when he was the Director of Guidance - beginning a marvelous friendship which she clearly...

Richard was known to me and the Blackfoot Class of 1972 as "Mr. Crowley", our English teacher. He was loved my his students, as he was an inspiring teacher, challenging us to question our assumptions about things we thought we "knew". He was authentic, caring, with a sense of adventure, fun, and humor. His presence had a profound positive impact on the lives of some of us and certainly that includes me. WE LOVE YOU MR. CROWLEY, and THANKS!

You all were some of the best neighbors a family could ever ask to have, and the memories I have of spending time at your home and seeing Rich in the hallways at Robinson are some of the best I have. On the rare occasion I visit Middleridge I can still see us playing on the basketball court and Rich encouraging us. I'm sorry for your loss, but please know that Rich's legacy and memories live strong within those he touched. Love, Jennifer (Donovan)

I'm just ten years older than this special nephew so I remember 'growing up' with him. Funny, talented, caring and smart, he was always my 'go to' guy for keeping in touch with family.
We remember listening to him singing and playing the piano. One special time he sang the song he had just composed for a newborn niece, Kara. No one could do it quite like Richard!
He is and will be dearly missed.

So sorry to hear of Rich's death. I danced to a lot of his music while attending Idaho State University.

Our sympathies to you, Andrea, along with your dear family. Rich was a good guy. Best wishes.
