Dear Cruz family, My family and I have known Richard all our lives way back before the Rocky Manor days. My father, Sonny Barber worked closely with Richard to keep the Cape Verde music and fun picnics alive for us all. I left the Cape 25 years ago but will always remember the great spirit and giving heart Richard always showed.
