My condolences to the Cummins family. I first meet rich at the north end boys club over 50 years ago.i had the pleasure of working with him on the police dept.he was a great police officer and marine. Semper fi.

My Condolence to Richard's Family. Semper Fi Marine. I met Richard while he was working at Sorrento's. One day while I was there I asked Richard if he would like to meet a Nice Italian Girl? (Maria) and shortly after they were married. Richard later came on the job, BPD. He will always be remember.
