Not sure what to say?

I just saw about your passing on LTC Van De Wal's page. I had the honor of serving with 1SG Cutting in the 854th Engineer Battalion out of Kingston, NY. I had then moved to FL and saw him at Ft Dix NJ when we came back from Iraq in the FL unit I was with the 724th MP Battalion. I will always remember you top. Rip 1SG Cutting a great person.

Chris and I are so saddened of the loss of Richard Cutting. He worked with us for years and we looked forward to sewing him every time. He was so smart, funny, and charming, and had such wonderful stories about traveling with his wife, who he loved dearly. I know he was also so proud of his family.

God bless your family. We are better for knowing Richard.

I am so very sorry for your loss may God grant you peace in these difficult times my pray are with you.

I had the great pleasure to serve with First Sergeant Cutting in the Army for 20 years. He always had a smile and a kind word to say. He will be missed by so many lives he had touched. RIP brother
