I was very sad to hear the news.
I worked for Dick for about 13 years. I learned a lot about running a small business from him. I saw how well he treated his employees and in return his employees were always willing to go the extra mile when needed. I'll never work any place where I'm treated better than I was at GRFH. Dick would give the shirt off his back for just about anyone and often did.
Dick also loved his family very much. It wasn't easy to figure out what he was up...

Sorry to hear this. Just stopped into the range to say hi and heard the news. Richard Dame was a great man. I worked for him back in the late 80s. I started going to school for tool and die. I was working nights. Wasn't getting many hours so I asked Richard if there was anything else I could do as going to school and working nights I didn't have much extra time.
