It seems hard to believe you've been gone a year now. I miss our phone conversations and daily emails. But most of all, I miss you. God bless you and keep you, Rich.

Only recently heard of Richard's passing. Richard was a good friend as we worked together at OCTA. Sincere good wishes to the family as you come to terms with Richard's passing. So sorry for your loss.

My preyers goes out to the De La Riva family.. Richard was a good friend to me and we shared wonderful conversations, he was so kind and had a good heart. He told me his kids and grandkids were his world. Rest in Peace Richard, you will have a special place in my heart, I love you always, your true friend.
