Richard Earl De Young

Richard Earl De Young, 88, of Winterhaven, Calif., died March 10, 2011, at Yuma Regional Medical Center.He was born Aug. 12, 1922, in Detroit, Mich., was a construction supervisor and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.Johnson Mortuary is handling arrangements, including cremation.
